You are already doing work at leadership level.
This is the program that helps the right people see it, trust it, and reward it-whether those people are inside your organization or beyond it.
If you are the woman everyone relies on, but your name still gets left out of the bigger conversations, the stretch opportunities, and the leadership decisions that matter, this program was built for you.
You deliver.
You fix.
You carry.
You keep standards high.
And yet...
That is not because you are not good enough.
It is because senior-level career moves are not driven by effort alone. They are driven by visibility, positioning, influence, and advocacy-the ability to make decision-makers see your value, trust your readiness, and remember your name when opportunities come up.
This program shows you how to build all four without becoming fake, louder, or more performative than you want to be.

“I just got promoted to VP of Marketing… The Elevate program and everything that you taught me I’ve utilised and it WORKED!!!!!”
— Deepa B, Vice President of Marketing - Venture Capital
“These two months were the best use of my time and money… I feel more confident to face the brutal corporate world.”
— Ankita B, Senior Product Lead - Global Technology & Internet Services
“It’s pushed me to reach for bigger, bolder things in my career.”
— Jainishta R, Operations Director - Construction & Infrastructure
Most women were taught a career strategy that sounds noble, but becomes costly at senior levels:
Keep your head down.
Do excellent work.
Be helpful.
Be patient.
Wait to be noticed.
That strategy may have helped you survive.
It will not help you rise.
Because once you are operating at a more senior level, opportunities do not automatically go to the person doing the best work.
They go to the person seen as ready, trusted at a higher level, and talked about when they're not in the room-whether that room is an internal promotion discussion, a headhunter's shortlist, or a strategic role negotiation.
That means:
And this is where many brilliant women get trapped. They are performing at a high level, but still using a junior-level strategy in a senior-level game.
From Hidden Talent to Visible Leader helps you stop waiting to be discovered and start becoming impossible to overlook.
You have probably invested in yourself before. Books. Podcasts. Leadership programmes. Advice from mentors. Maybe even coaching.
But if you are honest, the pattern has often been the same: you leave with insight, but not enough changes in how you are seen, backed, and rewarded.
That is because most development stops at reflection. This program is built around implementation.
It works because it combines:
“This was a truly impactful cohort. Uma and Jingjin complement each other beautifully, bringing both depth and perspective in a way that feels grounded and practical… The clarity and confidence this cohort builds is powerful.”
— Jisha Joseph, Talent Acquisition and People Leader - Dubizzle
This is not a confidence course.
This is not generic leadership theory.
This is not motivation with worksheets.
This is an 8-week guided experience for women who are tired of being the safest pair of hands in the room and are ready to be seen as the obvious next leader.
By the end of this program, you will know how to:
| Before | After |
|---|---|
| You are known as dependable, but not naturally seen as leadership material. | You are recognised as someone who can lead, influence, and be trusted with bigger mandates. |
| You hope your work will speak for itself. | You know how to shape the narrative around your work so the right people notice it-inside your company and beyond. |
| Networking feels awkward or fake. | You know how to build authentic, strategic relationships that actually move your career forward. |
| You hesitate in key moments. | You speak, position yourself, and advocate with more clarity and less emotional friction. |
| You're not sure what your next move should be, so you stay where you are. | You have clarity on what you're ready for and a strategic plan to position yourself for it. |
This program is for you if:
This is NOT for you if:
Over 8 weeks, you will move through four core modules, with built-in apply-and-catch-up weeks so the work actually lands in your real life instead of staying theoretical. The program includes self-paced modules, two live group coaching calls, eight weeks of WhatsApp support, and a 90-day visibility roadmap.
Module 1 - Own Your Leadership Identity (Week 1 - Mon, May 18 to May 24)
You cannot ask other people to see you clearly if you still speak about yourself vaguely.
You will define your leadership strengths, values, and presence so you stop underselling what you bring. You will create your personal Power Story-the version of your experience and leadership that people can actually understand, remember, and back, whether they're your boss, a sponsor, a peer, or someone considering you for a role you haven't applied for yet.
Apply & Catch Up (no new content) (Week 2 - Mon, May 25 to May 31)
Module 2 - The Influence Framework (Week 3 - Mon, June 1 to June 7)
Many women do excellent work in isolation and then wonder why momentum never compounds. This module fixes that.
You will learn how to identify the people who matter to your next move-whether they're internal decision-makers, cross-functional leaders, industry connections, or external sponsors. You will understand how influence actually travels, and how to build strategic relationships that feel genuine rather than transactional.
Apply & Catch Up (no new content) (Week 4 - Mon, June 8 to June 14)
Module 3 - Speak Up and Be Seen (Week 5 - Mon, June 15 to June 21)
You do not need to become the loudest person in the room. You do need to become easier to hear, easier to remember, and harder to overlook.
You will strengthen confidence in speaking up, communicate with more impact, and learn how to shape conversations in ways that increase perceived leadership.
Apply & Catch Up (no new content) (Week 6 - Mon, Jun 22 to June 28)
Module 4 - Own Your Next Move (Week 7 - Mon, Jun 29 to July 5)
Visibility without direction is just better branding. This final phase turns your growth into a concrete career strategy.
You will build your next 90-day roadmap, create a visibility plan around the move you want-whether that's a promotion, a pivot, a bigger leadership mandate, or a new opportunity-and learn how to advocate for what you've been waiting too long to ask for.
Apply & Catch Up (no new content) (Week 8 - Mon, Jul 6 to July 12)

Frequently Asked Questions
Wondering if this program is the right fit for you? Here are some quick answers to common questions.
What you need now is a different level of leverage-the kind that makes the right people see you, the kind that makes your voice carry, the kind that gets your name into conversations before you walk into the room.
Because staying hidden has a cost. And for a woman with your level of talent, it is too expensive.
